Beautiful fluffy white Lebanese vegan garlic mayo that transforms simple grilled meats.

Blend in an immersion blender until smooth: 

  • ¼ c. peeled garlic cloves (remove green core)
  • 2 tbl. lemon juice
  • 2 tbl. ice water
  • ¾ tsp. salt

Slowly drizzle in while blending to emulsify:

  • 1 c. neutral oil (I like avocado)

Alternate adding in two steps while adding the oil: 

  • 2 tbl. lemon juice
  • 2 tbl. ice water

Fresh organic garlic is the star of this show.
