34/ Oven Ribs

Quite simple, really.

Generously rub 2-3 racks of ribs (membrane along bony side removed) with favorite dry rub seasoning, or use Boomer's Brisket dry rub

Place each rack meaty side down on heavy duty tin foil, shiny-side up. Wrap and seal foil. Place on a cookie sheet in a 300° oven for 2 ½ hours. Ribs should be falling off bone at this point; if not, give them ½ hour more.

Remove ribs from foil, flip meaty side up, brush with favorite bbq sauce and place back in a hot oven (400°) or under broiler until sauce is baked in to desired finish.
