38/ Oven Fries

Scrub and slice in half length-wise and then into wedges 4-5 russet potatoes. Sprinkle with: 

  • Generous gulp of olive oil (at least 1-2 tbl/potato) 
  • Generous sprinkle of salt, pepper, paprika
  • Small sprinkle of garlic powder

Mix wedges around and even out in a baking pan. Roast in 400° oven turning a couple times until lightly browned. 

The best buttery olive oil you can find is key. I like California Olive Ranch.
