0/ Jerk Chicken
Pulse in cuisinart until combined:
- 1-3 habaneros (Scotch bonnets if you can find them!)
- 6 scallions, roughly chopped
- 2 tbl. grated fresh ginger
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tbl. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 2 tbl dark brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- zest of 1 lime
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
Marinate whole chicken legs or breasts (skin-on, bone-in) in marinade for several hours. Grill on hot grill turning once. Serve with more marinade.
