41/ Grain-free Granola

Microwave until melted and can be stirred together:

  • ¼ c. maple syrup
  • ⅓ c. almond butter
  • 2 tbl. coconut oil

Mix throughly with: 

  • 1 c. chopped cashews
  • 1 c. coconut flakes
  • ½ c. pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ c. sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbl. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt

Spread over parchment lined baking dish. Bake in 300°F oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown, stirring a couple times.
